Dr. Benica Eyvazzadeh, O.D. earned her Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois, in 1993. She received her B.S. in Visual Sciences also from Illinois College, and a B.A. in General Biology from California State University at Northridge.
She is board-certified by the National Board of Optometry, California Board of Optometry, and the Illinois Board of Optometry.
Dr. Eyvazzadeh joined Conejo Simi Eye Medical Group in 1993, and practices in the Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley location. She specializes in comprehensive eye exams, diabetic eye care, contact lens management, as well as eye disorders, such as dry eye, blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids), glaucoma treatment, emergency office visits, and co-manages Cataract and Lasik patients. She also has certification in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents (TPA).
She is accepting new patients and welcomes patients age 9 and up.
